Industrial technology and equipment
TurboPre Services is equipped with specialized machinery for performing maintenance on rotating equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Below is an overview of our industrial facilities:
Machining
- 1 horizontal lathe with a capacity of up to 25 tons, 10 m in length, and 2.5 m in swing.
- 6 horizontal lathes with a capacity of 1 ton, 3 m in length, and 1 m swing.
- 2 vertical lathes with a capacity of up to 10 tons, 3 m in length, and 3.5 m in swing.
- 2 boring lathes with a capacity of up to 10 tons, 3 m in length, and 1.8 m in swing.
Balancing
- 1 Balancing machine with a capacity of 25 tons, 7 m in length, and 3 m swing up to 800 RPM (low-speed balancing).
- 2 Balancing machine with a capacity of up to 7 tons, 3.5 m in length, and 1 m swing, up to 800 RPM (low-speed balancing).
Welds
- 1 Controlled atmosphere welding chamber.
- 1 Automated SAW machine for equipment with diameters up to 2.5 m.
- 20 Multi-process welding equipment (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW).
Application of coatings
- 2 Automated Thermal Barrel Coating (TBC) equipment for coating hot zone components.
- 1 Equipment for coating components in cold areas by applying coating and drying in an oven.
Heat treatments
- 1 Vacuum heat treatment furnace (controlled atmosphere) up to 2000°C.
- 1 Heat treatment oven with dehumidification up to 500°C.
Hoisting
- 4 bridge cranes with a capacity of up to 20 tons.
- 1 telescopic crane with a capacity of 150 tons.
