Our specialized sections
TurboPre Services has a specialized workshop covering more than 6,000 m2 to service a large number of rotating equipment in the industrial park nationwide, managing ten (10) specialized sections with top-level equipment, as listed below:
- Hoisting and equipment assembly section.
- Larger machining section.
- Minor machining section.
- Balancing section.
- Special welds section.
- Electric generator section.
- Heat treatment and coating application section.
- Tracking and measurement equipment storage section.
- Controlled atmosphere materials and spare parts storage section.
- Administrative area section.
Total field capacity
Similarly, for Field Service, there are a total of eight (08) 40-foot containers equipped with tools, lifting gear, and specialized equipment, as well as telescopic cranes, trucks with articulated arms, forklifts, and a vehicle fleet required to handle any type of maintenance for rotating equipment throughout the country.
This allows us to handle multiple projects in parallel, while also providing the human talent and advice required to meet customer needs with 24-hour service availability.
